Are You Missing THE HUNT WITH JOHN WALSH? It used to be called America's Most WANTED!
Remember that series, back in the day? How we all anticipated John Walsh letting us know what child was missing at the time or what dangerous criminal was on the loose? It's now on CNN!
Back when the series started, it was called "America's Most WANTED". Now it's called "THE HUNT WITH JOHN WALSH". We wanted to let our blog followers know that he is still around and still trying to find missing children and all the "skumbags"! As most of us know, he started when his small boy went missing in July 27, 1981. Eventually, they found his lost son's severed head, a couple of weeks later in a drainage canal.
After his son's death, John Walsh found his mission in life... He often said: "a missing child, is one too many". Since then, he decided his mission in life was to find criminals on the loose and capture them! Whether it's a robber, rapist or anyone that hurts or kills any adult or young child.Thank you John Walsh! We are glad that you still are looking for "skumbags" and hope you continue the hunt on CNN, for a long, long time!

A Crash Course On Melania Trump!

She could be the next First Lady. Here's what we know about this former model from Slovenia... If Donald Trump wins the Republican nomination, his wife Melania could very well become America's next first lady. So, here's what you need to know about the silent beauty by the controversial business mogul's side.Melania Trump
Originally Melanija Knavs, was born on April 26, 1970 in a river town near Sevnica, Slovenia, which was then part of communist Yugoslavia.
She's not Twitter-lific
Unlike her husband, Melania Trump's tweets are few and far between these days. On March 27, 2016, she tweeted this photo with the caption, "Happy Easter!" Before that, her last post was "Happy Fourth of July" in the summer of 2015.
U.S. citizen
Melania Trump became a U.S. permanent resident in 2001 and a citizen in 2006. She would be the first presidential spouse to be born outside the United States since Louisa Adams, wife of John Quincy Adams, who was born in England.
She's a former model
Melania Trump began her modeling career at the age of 16, then signed with an agency in Milan when she was only 18. She took a break from full-time modeling to go to college, then returned to the profession afterward. She moved to New York in 1996.
She's tall
Like a true model, Melania Trump is 5-foot-11. Interestingly enough, though, she would not be the tallest first lady. She would hold the top spot, but she would have to share it with Michelle Obama and Eleanor Roosevelt, who also both clock in at 5-foot-11.
She's fluent in 5 languages
Though she may not have experience in public service, Melania Trump is prepped to help her husband out on the diplomatic front: in addition to her native Slovenian, Trump speaks four other languages: English, French, Serbian and German.
One child
She has one child and four stepchildren with Donald Trump. Her son, Barron, is fluent is Slovenian as well.
Fashion runs in her genes
Melania Trump's father was a car dealer and her mother was a fashion designer.
Cover girl
Over the years, she's appeared on the cover of various magazines such as Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Ocean Drive, Avenue, InStyle and New York Magazine. Then, of course, there's also that now-famous 2000 cover shoot in which she posed nude for British GQ on a fur rug sporting handcuffs.
She has a degree in architecture
Melania Trump attended the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia, where she completed a degree in architecture and design.
She has her own jewelry line
Melania Trump has her own jewelry line, called "Melania Timepieces & Fashion Jewelry," which she sells on QVC. When it launched on the home shopping network in February 2010, Donald was the first caller and Melania's products sold out in just 45 minutes.
And a skin care line
In March 2013, Melania added a skin care line to her resume, called "Melania™ Caviar Complexe C6. One month later, she told The Daily Mail that her son Barron applies the caviar to his skin every night after his bath.
She's much younger than her husband
Donald Trump is 24 years Melania's senior.
She's appeared on TV too
Melania Trump has been in several television commercials--including one for the insurance company Aflac, in a spot along with the company's famous "Aflac" duck. She also co-hosted "The View" with Barbara Walters. And of course, she appeared on her husband's show, "The Apprentice," as well.
She's Trump's third wife
Melania and Donald Trump met in New York in 1998, two years after she moved to the city from Europe. He proposed in 2004 and the pair were married in January 2005, with a reception at Trump's Mar-a-Lago Club in Florida (the site of his many primary-night press conferences). She's the business mogul's third wife: he was married to his first, Czech-American model Ivana Trump, from 1977 to 1992, and his second, Marla Maples, from 1993 to 1999.A first for the first lady
If Donald Trump were to become president, his wife Melania would become the first first lady to be born and raised in a communist country.
She's a homebody
In a 2005 interview with The New York Post, Paolo Zampolli, the president of ID Models recalled: "It was unusual for her to go out; she never went to clubs or bars... She never dated anyone in New York before Donald. She only went to movies by herself and to the gym. "This is a woman who modeled for Camel cigarettes on a huge billboard in Times Square but stayed home all the time," Zampolli added. "She was not a party girl."
Another first
Melania Trump would also be the first first lady to have ever posed nude for a magazine. And that's a fact Ted Cruz's super PAC made sure Americans acknowledged, much to Donald Trump's disdain.
She's a philanthropist
Since marrying Donald Trump in 2005, Melania Trump has taken on various philanthropic causes both in New York and beyond. She's been involved with the Martha Graham Dance Company, the Police Athletic League, the Boys Club of New York, The American Red Cross and Love Our Children USA.
She considers herself traditional
In 1999, when her then-boyfriend Donald Trump was considering a presidential bid, Melania told The New York Times, ''I would be very traditional. Like Betty Ford or Jackie Kennedy."
She changed her name while modeling
While modeling professionally in Italy, Melania changed her maiden name from Knavs to Knauss.
Pregnant photo shoot
In 2006, she posed for Vogue, seven months pregnant in a golden bikini. Annie Leibovitz shot the photos on the stairs of Donald Trump's private jet.
It wasn't love at first sight
Melania met Donald Trump at a fashion industry party at New York's Kit Kat Club in 1998. And in a 2005 interview, her close friend Edit Molnar told The New York Post that Melania was initially "turned off" by the fact that Donald Trump tried to get her phone number, despite having come to the party with another woman. Instead, she reportedly got his number and called a few days later.
She's worked with mega photographers
During her modeling career, Melania worked with a number of hugely famous photographers, including Patrick Demarchelier, Helmut Newton and Mario Testino.
She signed a prenup
According to "The Fortune Hunters: Dazzling Women and the Men They Married," Donald Trump and Melania signed a prenuptial agreement before their wedding in 2005. "And the beautiful thing is that she agrees with it," Trump boasted to columnist Liz Smith over lunch at Le Cirque, according to the book.
She used to be chummy with Hillary
The Clintons attended Donald and Melania Trump's wedding. And in January 2013, Melania posted this throwback photo on Twitter with the caption, "#memories #mywedding."
The swimsuit issue
In yet another first for a potential first lady, Melania posed for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 2000.

Judge cuts child rapist’s sentence by 15 years, saying he had not meant to hurt the 3-year-old victim

07 APR 2015 AT 07:51 ET
A California judge cut a child rapist’s potential life sentence last week, saying the man had not meant to harm the toddler girl.
Kevin Rojano was convicted Dec. 3 of sodomizing a child younger than 10 and lascivious acts with a minor, and he was initially sentenced to 25 years to life in prison.
But Orange County Superior Court Judge M. Marc Kelly trimmed 15 years off Rojano’s sentence, saying it would be cruel and unusual punishment to impose the maximum prison term because the 20-year-old lacked “callous disregard for (the victim’s) well-being,” reported the Orange County Register.
Prosecutors said Rojano was playing video games June 4 in the garage of his Santa Ana home when a 3-year-old relative wandered in, and investigators said the man became sexually aroused by the child and assaulted her.
The girl’s mother was unable to get into the locked garage as she looked for the child, and prosecutors said Rojano covered the toddler’s mouth to keep her from yelling.
Rojano let the girl out of the garage, and her mother was unaware of the abuse until her daughter complained of pain.
“In looking at the facts of Mr. Rojano’s case, the manner in which this offense was committed is not typical of a predatory, violent brutal sodomy of a child case,” the judge claimed in his decision. “Mr. Rojano did not seek out or stalk (the victim). He was playing video games and she wandered into the garage. He inexplicably became sexually aroused but did not appear to consciously intend to harm (the victim) when he sexually assaulted her.”
Kelly also argued that Rojano, who had been abused as a child, said he regretted his crime.
“Although serious and despicable, this does not compare to a situation where a pedophilic child predator preys on an innocent child,” the judge argued. “There was no violence or callous disregard for (the victim’s) well-being.”
Prosecutors said they disagreed with the judge’s decision and may appeal the sentence.

The Perfect Gift For Mothers With Toddlers!
When mothers have small children, one of their biggest worries is loosing a toddler in a department store, park or any other place with crowds. The concern of course is obvious; there are too many sickos in our society that kidnap small helpless children.
The Child Safety Panda Alarm was made for situations like these. No, it's not a leash to tie an infant down, but rather consists of 2 simple units. Mothers know that toddlers love to explore and sometimes moms loose site of their children. This wonderful unit, will bring peace of mind to a mom you might know. Especially when she needs to run errands.
Basically the Child Safety Panda Alarm consists of a wrist transmitter for the infant to wear and a small monitor, for the mom to include it on her keychain. The infant is not tied to any leash! The parent's alarm will go off, if the child wonders further than the distance the mother set previously for the unit. A wonderful system that alerts the mom and can be programed for distances of 3 to 21 feet away! Allowing parents to choose what distance feels the safest for their infant.

Alarms for Mothers with Wandering Toddlers
Are you a mother with a toddler or do you know someone that is?
It's very common to hear about mothers losing their toddlers in department stores. A child is just as excited as the mother, about what's in the store! Toddlers, specifically, go haywire in stores because there are so many colors and so much action happening around them. We all have seen mothers going around in stores with a leash attached to their toddler, to prevent them from leaving their side. I don't know about you, but is seems a little degrading to have toddlers on safety leashes... Fortunately there is a better solution to this safety problem.
The Child Safety Panda Alarm is not a leash. Mothers don't have to tie their toddlers down. Instead, they hear a constantly beeping alarm that notifies them if their small one exceeds the monitored area. All mothers have to do is attach the small monitor on their keychain and place the alarm transmitter on their infant's wrist. The Child Panda Alarm can be adjusted from 3 to 21 feet!

Real Men Don't Buy Girls
Finally, a couple of people in this world that care about the growing trend of teenage or young girls getting trapped into prostitution and becoming sex slaves.

Young girls becoming prostitutes is a real problem around the world and fortunately there is a non-profit organization founded by Demi Moore and her husband Ashton Kutcher that is targeted against this practice of CHILD SEX SLAVERY. They have a campaign now called, "Real Men Don't Buy Girls". This campaign is airing on TV nationally. Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher have been included in countless media interviews, trying to send their message across the country. A message about child sex slavery that has never been brought to our attention as clearly as they have exposed it. The Demi and Ashton Foundation has a website where you can donate, notify others and take action for this very important cause: www.demiandashton.org.

Mother of Boy Locked in Closet has Previous Record
LaRhonda Marie McCall, 37, first made news this year because her 14 year old son had escaped from his home and informed police that he had been abused. McCall had basically kept her son a prisoner for 4 1/2 years. He was kept mostly in his bedroom closet and was not sent to school. Neighbors were not aware of his existence. The malnourished, bruised and covered with scars boy, escaped and managed to go to the police last week.
New information from yesterday came in that the child abuser, LaRhonda McCall, was previously convicted in her connection with the death of her 2 year old daughter. In 1995, when this occurred, LaRhonda went by a different name; LaRhonda Pressley. She has 6 other children and lived with her boyfriend Steve Hamilton, 38. Both LaRhonda and Steve were arrested on 20 complaints, each of child neglect and abuse and were jailed last Wednesday on $400,000 bond. Police information showed that both adults confessed to abuse by beating the boy multiple times and even using a tire jack while hitting the boy over the head.
How the neighbors of these child abusers never heard any disturbance or called the authorities is beyond us. Child abuse seems to be getting worse or we are just getting more informed. Either way, this is unacceptable and the perpetrators of crimes as extreme as these, should be locked up for life. LaRhonda was sent to jail and put on probation for her daughter's death. It is not clear how long she served. This would not have happened if she would have been given life in jail.

Detroit 12 year old boy shoots a woman to death

Demarco Harris, a juvenile, killed 24 year old Trisha Babcock on August 1st , during a robbery just after midnight in Detroit, Michigan. He shot her in the chest with a gun after a struggle. She had been sitting in her car and later pronounced dead at the hospital.
Demarco Harris could face life in a Michigan prison for his felony. The prosecutor's office filed the case with an adult designation. In the state of Michigan, this means that a child is tried in juvenile court and after conviction, a judge has the option to sentence the juvenile as an adult or a juvenile or the decision can be postponed until the child reaches adulthood. Demarco Harris was charged with felony murder, armed robbery, having a firearm during a felony and violating curfew!
Times have really changed. What parent of a 12 year old, lets them out on the streets of Detroit pass midnight? Did the child's parents know he had a gun? Many parents accuse the schools or society in general if their children become criminals. But there is no excuse for parents to loose that special bond and communication with their child. It is up to the parent's, not the school, not the church or society, to raise children.
