Up-skirt Photo Victim Gets Revenge

I love it when victims take action! A woman in New York city that takes the subway was going up some steps, when she noticed that a man using his cell phone, had shot a picture under her skirt. Well, this gal was not going to put up with that kind of behavior. The victim followed the man onto a train and told him 'Smile, because I am going to the police'. She then emailed the picture to the police and filed a report! The man was arrested by a police officer who recognized him. He was charged with misdemeanor, attempted unlawful surveillance, attempted sexual abuse and harassment.

I've heard that this practice is also common in malls. There have been mall surveillance cameras that have captured men doing the exact same thing. What this particular lady did, should be an example of what us women should do if this occurs to us. Cell phones have made this crime easy to commit, but it also has facilitated victims by taking photos of the harassers. Victims will not have to depend on police sketch artist's renderings of the criminals.

If you don't carry a phone that can take pictures, consider purchasing a Keychain Camera. You never know when you might need to capture a crime being commited!
